As an independent artist, I personally handle your enquiries and orders, so you’ll always be dealing directly with me.

For questions about a particular artwork or order, please include the artwork name or your order number where possible. This will help me get back to you as quickly as possible.

Complaints

I hope you’ll always be delighted with your experience of buying from Gaye Lightbody Art. However, if something hasn't gone as expected, please get in touch with me directly so that I have the opportunity to put things right.

Please email gayelightbody@gmail.com with your order number (if applicable) and a brief description of the issue. If your complaint relates to damaged artwork, please also include photographs of the packaging and artwork.

I will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it as quickly and fairly as possible.

As a small independent art business, I value personal communication and will always do my best to find a reasonable solution.

Nothing in this complaints process affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
