Returns and Cancellations
Returns
I want you to be completely happy with your artwork. If you purchase an original painting, print or gift from my online shop and change your mind, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
If you wish to return an artwork, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Once you have notified me, the artwork should be returned within a further 14 days.
The artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaged securely to avoid damage during transit. You are responsible for the cost of returning an artwork if you have simply changed your mind.
I recommend using a tracked and insured delivery service, particularly for original artwork and larger pieces, as I cannot accept responsibility for an item that is lost or damaged while being returned.
Once the artwork has been safely returned and inspected, I will process your refund. Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.
Order Cancellations Before Dispatch
If you change your mind about an order, please contact me as soon as possible.
If your artwork has not yet been dispatched, I will normally be able to cancel the order and provide a refund.
If the artwork has already been dispatched, the normal returns and cancellation procedure will apply
Delivery Damage
I take great care when packaging artwork, but unfortunately damage can occasionally occur during transit.
Please inspect your package as soon as possible after delivery.
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as reasonably possible and provide:
- photographs of the external packaging;
- photographs of the internal packaging; and
- clear photographs of the damaged artwork.
Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved, as the courier may require it for an insurance claim.
Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, price reduction or refund.
I will always try to resolve problems fairly and promptly.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights.
